Offset Printing

Our Standard Run cards are offset printed 4/4 (full colour on both sides) on environmentally friendly 12pt Cornwall card stock, coated and varnished on the front and back. Cards are printed twice a week. Our minimum run for offset cards is 500. Brochures are offset printed 4/4 (full colour on both sides) on 100lb gloss or matte text paper, varnished front and back and include folding. Brochures have a 3 business day turnaround time. Posters are offset printed 4/0 (full colour single sided) on 100lb gloss or matte text paper with varnish. Posters have a 3 business day turnaround time. Our minimum run for offset posters is 500. #10 envelopes and letterhead are offset printed single sided on 24lb White Wove paper.

Presentation folders are printed on either a smooth gloss or a matte type paper. The price includes binding and two busniness card slits in the inside pockets. Standard turnaround time is 3-5 days. The prices listed are for colour on the front and back of the folded folder, and inside on the front of the pockets.

Plastic Cards are credit card type plastic cards (3.377 x 2.127). They can be processed in as little as 4 hours, depending on quantity ordered and current backorders. The cards are printed standard on white stock. A varienty of colour cards are available for an extra $0.15 per card. Ink colour is available in black, blue, green, gold, silver, red and metallics. Other colours are available by special order.

Keytags are the same plastic as the cards but come with a hole pre-cut on one end. Keytags are only available in white plastic. Available ink colours are the same as plastic cards.

Coasters

Coasters can be printed on your choice of a 40, 60 or 80 pt coaster board. They come standard with round or square with rounded corners, 3.5 inch or 4 inches, and printing in full color on both sides. We handle runs from 1200 – 5,000,000+. You can have them cut in custom shapes, an extra die cost applies. For pantone colors and larger runs request a quote.

Temporary tattoos are printed 4/0 (full colour single sided) with instructions on the back. There is no extra charge for white ink. Turnaround time is approx. 10-13 business days. FDA approved.

Matte laminated Business cards are the crème de la crème of business cards. The Matte lamination gives a unique, smooth feel and a durable finish that will impress your clients. They are offset printed in full colour on both sides, with the option of metallic Pantone silver 877C on either one side or both sides at no additional cost.
